Event Outline

This conference will assist legal practitioners to be better informed of the theoretical principles of administrative and constitutional law that can be put into practice in Singapore. In the area of Administrative Law, expert practitioners from Singapore and around the region - Hong Kong, Australia and Malaysia will also provide an overview of the Administrative Law scene in their respective jurisdictions. For Constitutional Law, the panel will share their insights on the distinctive features of Singapore's constitutional law, the role of constitutional law in practice and the judicial approaches in the interpretation of constitutional provisions in Singapore.
