Event Outline
This event is organized by Sorbonne Assas International Law School (SAILS). The objective is to give the audience a practical view of which entity can be set up in China and within which limits, framework and constraints. The course will cover the general framework of the labour PRC law and social protection of workers in China. A specific focus on the rights and duties of employees / employers will be made.
