Event Outline

Pleadings (including memorials in arbitration) are extremely important as they are the very first documents that judges and arbitrators peruse. Good pleadings must not only comply with the rules but utilize the opportunity to show the reader that counsel possesses a mastery of the facts and law that will develop in the case. This module will guide participants on how to structure and prioritize facts necessary in a case, and also offer guidance on being succinct yet effective.
