Event Outline
IEC consists of 4 Modules conducted over two full days. Each Module covers a particular segment of arbitration law and practice. Module 1 gives an overview of arbitration and introduces key concepts like “seat” and lex arbitri. Module 2 covers the commencement of arbitration, constitution of the tribunal and issues concerning jurisdiction. Module 3 goes into the arbitration procedure. Module 4 discusses the award, and the further steps that may be taken to challenge or enforce the award.
