Our expert speakers will be touching on the updates to appeals and maintenance order. Our speakers will discuss the new Family Justice Courts Practice Directions which involves the filling of records of appeal and written cases for appeals from the Family Courts to the Family Division of the High Court. Under the Women’s Charter, there will be changes to documents and affidavits in respect of maintenance proceedings.
