Event Outline
This event is organized by Marine Offshore Oil and Gas Association (MOOGAS). This course will enable participants to gain insightful knowledge that mediation, though at times known as an ADR, that is, Alternative Dispute Resolution tool, should in fact be considered as a PDR, that is Primary Dispute Resolution tool which could be combined with other dispute resolution methods to become an "ultra effective" process to resolve commercial conflicts. It is in this direction that this course is specially tailored.
