The seminar will focus on the scope and process of the PDPA Legal Advice Scheme, addressing on the obligations and checklist for PDPA.Our speakers will also address the concerns of legal practitioners in regards to the practical aspects of the PDPA and its policies;ending off with a short presentation on the administrative procedure of the PDPA Legal Advice Scheme and panel discussion to address further of the said scheme and policies.
