This event is organized by the Asian Patent Attorneys Association (Singapore Group). After the seminar, participants should be able to understand some of the key case law developments in Singapore across a spectrum of IP rights, compare the approaches taken by the Singapore Court of Appeal in recent seminal cases against case law developments in the UK and Europe, and have an understanding of key emerging IP issues and trends.
