Event Outline

For the first time in Singapore, a mock maritime arbitration helmed by three QCs from 20 Essex Street London is presented by the Institute for Professional Maritime Development and Training of the Marine Offshore Oil and Gas Association, focusing on a contested interim application for removal of an arbitrator based on Tidewater Inc. al v The Bolivian Republic of Venezuela 2010. Preceding this mock arbitration will be a series of elite presentations.
