Many mediators adopt a Code of Professional Conduct. The IMI Code of Professional Conduct for instance, covers areas such as diligence, independence, neutrality and impartiality; the mediation process; as well as confidentiality. Is this however, sufficient in addressing the myriad of ethical, moral, and legal challenges which mediators face? Mr Jonathan Lux will lead a discussion on the mediation challenges for the mediator and the parties.
