Event Outline

The Supreme Court of Singapore delivered nine decisions in 2013 concerning income tax and property tax. While the property tax cases dealt with annual value and vacancy refund issues, the income tax cases dealt with taxability, deductibility and exchange of information issues.This seminar aims to provide an overview as well as offer insights by tax practitioners on these revenue cases.
