Event Outline

This seminar, organised by Maxwell-Chambers, hopes to refresh existing perspectives on the relevance of mediation as a means for resolving disputes, particularly for international businesses. The first session focuses on the process of mediation and seeks to emphasise that mediation is more than what happens on the day of the scheduled mediation. The second session focuses on the multi-tiered dispute resolution process of Arb-Med-Arb, which has attracted increasing interest in recent times, and will provide participants with different perspectives on Arb-Med-Arb, including a user’s, a practitioner’s, an academic’s, as well as an institutional perspective.
