These seminars discusses what solicitors should or are required to do, a sharing session with what the judiciary looks for in cases relating to the Mental Capacity Act, as well as what our doctors consider in writing their reports for purposes of the Mental Capacity Act. This is a rare opportunity to interact with doctors and lawyers in reaching a common objective that is envisioned by the Mental Capacity Act.
