This event is organized by the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers. Session 1 focuses on what happens to a company when it becomes insolvent as well as the impact on projects it is involved in. Session 2 examines some of the recent cases commenced against construction professionals, especially Quantity Surveyors, and how these cases and court decisions may impact Quantity Surveyors’ role in construction projects.
