Event Outline

This is a practice-oriented seminar targeted at IP practitioners and professionals. It aims to introduce participants to the newest amendments to the Trade Marks Rules and Trade Marks (International Registration) Rules, and to familiarise them with navigating contentious proceedings at IPOS. Participants will also receive tips on utilising the IP²SG platform effectively. There will also be a presentation by Mr Marquais, representing the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center in Singapore.
