Event Outline

Often under-rated, the general principles of legal drafting must be adhered to and applied before counsel considers adding flourish and flair to a legal document. This module will guide participants on what the basic expectations of the recipient of a legal document will be and correspondingly what general principles should be observed by counsel. This module forms the foundation upon which subsequent modules will develop upon.
