Event Outline

The speaker, Mr Lok Vi Ming SC, will start by introducing the benefits of Mediation. Following which, he will discuss the “Arb-Med-Arb” features and benefits and whether the arbitrator and mediator should be the same person (the practice and preference varies from country to country and culture to culture). Finally, the speaker will raise the issue of whether the restrictions on contingency fees should be lifted for arbitration and mediation matters.
