Singapore Insolvency Conference 2017 is the forum where latest cutting edge views would be exchanged and shared. The forum will open with a session covering the latest development in Singapore law concerning restructuring and insolvency and tools available to effect restructuring in and outside of Singapore. Also, making a comeback is the Judicial Colloquium where judges from multiple jurisdictions will share their thoughts on various issues and offering a rare insight into the judicial mind.
