This workshop seeks to examine the personality preferences, our own and those of others, in bid to identify, understand and manage them.It will help when dealing with parties in mediation and the clients represented in mediation and litigation.This workshop will be useful to lawyers who are mediators or mediation advocates.This workshop will focus on giving a taste of some of the personality preferences from the field of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
