Event Outline

This lecture will set out the problem of ‘irrational’ human behavior and provide psychological explanation based upon the Existential Givens such as emotions, self-esteem, perceptions, and the need to be heard. The lecture will provide all those dealing with conflict, some insights in how to deal with the resulting behavioral strategies adopted by parties in conflict.
