This seminar is organised by RICS Singapore. The seminar will present the key legal aspects of contract administration and payments process for a successful project. It provides a practical guide to the relevant issues by reference to the case law. Participants will learn an efficient & clear contract administration; how to demonstrate a fair payment process from entitlement to delay, prolongation, claims, defects, or termination; and understand contract rights, adjudication, arbitration or the Court to resolve payment and disputes.
