In this seminar, Mr. Gary Born will discuss ethical issues for Arbitrators, such as the legal and practical aspects of arbitrator impartiality. After his presentation on ethical issues for Arbitrators, he will be joined by the SIArb Working Group which is releasing its draft Guidelines on Party Representative Ethics for consultation.
