Event Outline

Ms Carrie Menkel-Meadow will share her experience as a founder of the modern “Alternative/Appropriate” Dispute Resolution field, as well as her contributions to the World Bank, the United Nations and Federal Judicial Center. She will then explain how “Mediation 3.0” has evolved from “Mediation 2.0”, and how modern mediation can overcome challenges by using new developments and innovation to meet the needs of a more diverse and globalised legal system and society.
