Event Outline

This primer is intended for lawyers of all backgrounds who wish to learn or refresh their understanding of key fundamental and practical aspects of international taxation that commonly arise in cross-border commercial transactions and arrangements. The primer will begin with a short presentation on key international tax terms and concepts and will be followed by a number of case studies that are analysed for the tax issues that arise.
