Event Outline

The Mediation Act was passed in January 2017 as part of Singapore’s ongoing efforts to strengthen her role as a commercial dispute resolution hub, and will soon be in force. Key provisions of the Act such as the recording of mediated settlement agreements and restrictions on disclosure and admissibility will be shared. Our speakers are experienced lawyer-mediators who will share their insights with you.
