Event Outline
The course will provide an overall survey of the principles of the law of agency. Subjects covered include nature of the agency relationship and contrast with other relationships; actual authority; ratification of the agent's acts; the unusual common law doctrine of the undisclosed principal; agency reasoning when deployed in property transfer and tort liability; relations between agent and principal; termination of authority and situations.
