How does one ensure that they are fully prepared for the complexity of issues presented by parties from different cultural backgrounds in mediation? What does a mediator do to equip him or herself with all of the tools they'll need to rely on to make sure that both parties feel heard and understood? This seminar will identify the indicators of a well-prepared mediator in cross-cultural mediations, which present a unique set of challenges for both the parties and the mediators.
