Event Outline

It is often the case that parties to an insurance contract consider meanings of the policy terms no earlier than when there is a disagreement over their meaning at the claims stage. Paying particular attention at the outset of the contract could provide a greater protection than the strength of their argument at post-contractual stage. This course aims at looking into all of those matters with the historical developments of the principles and recent examples as applied by the English courts.
