Event Outline

This programme is pitched at training Lawyers to understand the purpose of due diligence, the law behind it, how to structure and conduct a due diligence whether from a seller or buyer, the issues that arise and the consequent disclosure which need to be made. Structured in two parts, the first session will be a lecture introducing the elements discussed above followed by a hands on due diligence session divided by the two sides, namely buyer and seller.
