This event is organized by IBC Asia. This 2-day workshop will review the differing electricity markets and the constraints they impose on the structure of power purchase agreements (PPAs). The legal, commercial and technical provisions will be discussed in detail, as will risk allocation between the parties. Completion of the workshop will enable participants to understand the requirements for bankability, and to identify common, but sometimes fatal, drafting errors.
