Event Outline
This event is organized by Singapore Medical Association. Day 1 will cover topic on End-of-Life (EOL) issues, partipants will learn about the relevant laws and guidance and also acquire practical skills on ethical and social issues related to EOL. Topics such as The Coroner’s Act, The Death Certificate, Advance Medical Directive Act, Mental Capacity Assessment when the end is near and many other topics. Day 2 will cover Ethical and Legal issues related to organ transplantation. Legal aspects such as the Human Organ Transplant Act will be revisited.
