There is a symbiotic relationship between the emergence of Singapore as a forum for the resolution of maritime disputes and the growth of the maritime industry in Singapore. This lecture explores the extent arbitration, litigation and mediation been honed to make Singapore a conducive and appropriate forum to support the maritime industry in Singapore, as well as how the SICC, SIAC, SCMA and SIMC interface with the other institutions.
