Event Outline

This workshop aims to place the shipping and freight forwarding contracts in their commercial context and explains the resulting legal requirements for the execution of the shipping and insurance arrangements. It highlights the importance but also the limitations of freight forwarders terms and conditions in the light of mandatory transport conventions and national law rules. Participants will work thorough sample case studies to deepen understanding of relevant issues.
