Event Outline
CPF aims to assist couples to reach an agreement, which meets the needs of all parties, thus avoiding the acrimony caused by the litigation process. It involves specially trained CFP lawyers and other family specialists such as financial advisers and child specialists as necessary, assisting the parties to negotiate an agreement that suits the family. CFP is supported by the Family Justice Courts (FJC).
