Event Outline

This module will provide an in-depth analysis of the various modes of dissolution of marriages in Islam which are talaq, khuluk, faskh and ta’liq. It will also deal with issues surrounding the different modes of pronouncing talaq by elucidating the consequences and ramifications of each mode. Participants will be exposed to Quranic and Prophetic injunctions pertaining to dissolution of marriage in order to extrapolate general principles on the subject.
