This short course is designed to give participants a concise introduction to Singapore’s competition law framework. The course will focus on the core underlying legal and economic principles behind the competition law system, with references made to the caselaw from the infringement decisions and guidelines of the Competition Commission of Singapore and the appellate decisions of the Competition Appeals Board.
