The problem of ethics in international arbitration has assumed increasing importance in the past decade. The two broad areas of controversy are the content and enforceability of any such guidelines. SIArb has already taken a position on the content with the publication of its Guidelines on Party-Representative Ethics. The content will be monitored and revised periodically. SIArb has assembled a panel of leading thinkers in international arbitration to share their thoughts.
