Event Outline

Contracting parties often provide for qualified contractual obligations in their contracts using endeavours clauses, which incorporate qualifiers such as "reasonable endeavours", "all reasonable endeavours" and "best endeavours". The use of endeavours clauses (typically in commercial contracts) raises interesting practical questions, relating to their use and interpretation. This seminar will seek to address these questions, in light of recent case law.
