Event Outline

You never get a second chance to make a first impression. Pleadings (including memorials in arbitration) are extremely important as they are the very first documents that judges and arbitrators peruse. They need to accurately set-up the case and provide the facts to allow the desired outcome to be justified. This session will guide participants on how to structure and prioritise facts necessary in a case, and also offer guidance on being succinct yet useful.
