This event is organised by the Insurance Law Association (Singapore). This is an event aimed at giving lawyers and insurance professionals a crash course into what to look out for when claiming business interruption losses in litigation. Iain Potter, an experienced forensic accountant and expert witness, will be explaining the fundamental accounting concepts applicable to such claims. He will also share how best to present and/or defend such claims in a litigation context.
