Event Outline

The Seminar will discuss how direct tax is regulated in the EU using the speaker’s Triangle Model. This Model demonstrates that direct taxation rules no longer exist purely at the Member State level. Instead, tax rules exist at the EU level, the national level and, via double tax conventions (DTCs), the international level.
