The world is facing a climate crisis. Even as the Paris Agreement comes into force in 2020, the international community faces a yawning gap between ambition and reality. What is the response of the law to this truly universal threat? The APCEL Climate Change Law Executive Programme will introduce participants to the various tools in the climate lawyer’s toolkit, and how they work in practice.
