This webinar explores Singapore’s position as an infrastructure hub. Audra Low and Alex Wong will be sharing on the role of accountants and lawyers in infrastructure development respectively. This will be followed by a discussion on the synergies of lawyer-accountant collaboration, the present and future opportunities. Topics to be discussed include: increasing use of the Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) model, legal consideration for PPP contracts, and role of accountants in project financing.
