Often under-rated, the general principles of legal drafting must be adhered to and applied before council considers adding flourish and flair to a legal document. This session will guide participants on what the basic expectations of the recipient of a legal document will be, and correspondingly what general principles counsel should observe. This session forms the foundation upon which subsequent sessions will develop on.
