Event Outline

The seminar will discuss what solicitors should or are required to do when drafting wills, recent developments in the law affecting wills and probate, and pointers for drafting wills and other estate planning instruments for different classes of clients. It is hoped that solicitors attending this seminar will be able to prepare better and clearer wills, which are less likely to be challenged in courts, and even if so challenged, will withstand such challenges.
