The seminar will cover key aspects of Indonesian taxes and taxation to decide how to manage & structure investments in or from Indonesia. Following will be covered: - Business forms available to foreign investors in Indonesia - Basics of income tax for businesses and individuals - Various withholding taxes applicable to domestic and offshore payments - How VAT works in Indonesia, especially in relation to cross-border services Indonesia’s tax treaties for foreign investors will also be covered.
