In this event organised by the Singapore International Mediation Centre (SIMC), SIMC mediator Alan Limbury, who has been mediating since 1987 in over 1,800 commercial and intellectual property disputes, shares frankly about the good (and bad) of commercial mediation. Alan’s talk will be followed by a Q&A session and refreshments. Attendees are invited to submit questions for Alan in advance of the talk or share their own commercial mediation experiences when registering for the event.
