This event is organised by Sorbonne-Assas International Law School – Asia. This course will: explore the impact of the recent economic and political context on the legal framework for doing business in China; develop an overview of the PRC legal system; expose the range of legal vehicles available for foreign investors wishing to enter the Chinese market (with emphasis on the practices recommended to optimize the protection of overseas investors’ interests in China, depending on legal structure and specific issues relating to the management of foreign direct entities).
