Event Outline

The haze has, in recent years, garnered much attention due to its increased severity and frequency. Last year, Singapore had issued ‘preventative measures notices’ to several Indonesian firms pursuant to its Trans-boundary Haze Pollution Act, and there has also been talk of investment arbitration claims. This seminar will examine legal remedies available for aggrieved individuals and corporations affected by the transboundary haze.
