Event Outline

This seminar will explore the developments relating to challenges against awards on grounds of breaches of the principles of natural justice and exceeding the scope of submission to arbitration, standard of proof in applications to stay court proceedings, and arbitrability. Cases which will be discussed include AKN v ALC, Tomolugen Holdings Ltd v Silica Investors, Malini Ventura v Knight Capital, and AMZ v AXX.
